A group of face yoga exercises that will help release the tension of your cheek muscles, improve blood circulation to your face and slim down the cheek area.

This is a 5 minute face yoga routine that can instantly help with lifting up those droopy eyelids aka hooded eyes and will give you a natural face lift at the same time.  You can also enjoy the beautiful Whistler scenery while doing this routine.

In this video, I go in depth on every step of my daily morning skincare routine. Pairing targeted face yoga exercises into the entire process to stimulate the skin's collagen production allows the skin to absorb the skincare products better, and improve blood circulation on the face and neck leading to better results. These face yoga exercises also help with releasing some of the stress and tension that have built up on our face and help with lifting and tightening the entire face and neck area.

This video is all about reducing stress and tension particularly around the lower face and neck area. When you have a lot of tension there, it tends to pull everything downwards. That is when you begin to see sagging and wrinkles on your face. In order to make this video extra special, I did the whole face yoga routine on a beautiful beach in Kauai. Enjoy!
