You can practice face yoga anytime and anywhere at your convenience. Consistency is the key to long-lasting results. We would recommend you to practice twice a day: first thing in the morning and right before bed.
Face yoga helps wake up your face muscles in the morning and make you more aware of your facial movements throughout the day. Prevents you from continuing bad facial habits and implementing good ones throughout the day. Doing face yoga before bed helps you reset and relax the muscles you’ve been using throughout the day, releasing the tensions you’ve formed during the day giving you a peaceful rest.

Everyone is different so it is hard to generalize. It depends on your age, lifestyle, and habits. However, if you practice daily and consistently, it’s very common to see results around the 2 to 4 weeks mark and continue to see improvements from there. The results on the face are usually subtle and appear slowly over time. Since there are no devices that can track facial changes, we highly recommend taking before and after pictures to keep track of your progress.

When practiced correctly and followed as directed, face yoga will help to reduce wrinkles, sagging, and other symptoms of aging. To make sure you are using the right muscles and moving them correctly, it is recommended to practice face yoga in front of the mirror until you become proficient.

It is common for beginners as your brain and body are getting new stimulations. However, we ask for you to always listen to your body and do the face yoga poses accordingly. Do them with less intensity to start and then slowly increase the resistance and frequency of the exercises.

There are more than 90 plus face yoga poses, it is impossible to do all the poses at once. We recommend doing face yoga exercises twice a day, morning and night. If you have a specific area that you want to work on, then you can do poses that are specifically designed for that area. Once you have reached your desired results, you will still have to practice consistently in order to maintain what you have established.

Each pose is different and the repetitions and sets will be explained in detail during the class/video. It varies between 3 - 20 seconds.

Daily practice is the key to success. If you don’t use your muscles you will lose them. It is better to practice a little bit every day than once in a while.

Always consult your physician first. It depends on what kind of procedures you have gotten, procedures such as Botox suppresses facial muscle movements therefore making it hard to move your face muscles right after the treatment. Practicing face yoga may also cause injections and fillers to dissipate more rapidly as it increases blood circulation and metabolism.

Yes, genetic disposition is a useful indicator of how you will look in the future. But, since you are aware of it ahead of time, you can prevent the problem before it manifests. You can start to focus on doing poses that targets the area of your concern.

Face yoga exercises trains and strengthens your facial muscles. Therefore the results are similar to what you would get from training your body muscles. It requires regular practice to upkeep and maintain your results.
