Queenie’s Face Yoga class is very informative. She explains the science behind the poses and makes it easy to understand. Her passion and commitment definitely show. I started the class with a headache, and at the end of the class my headache was gone! It was amazing! I practice her techniques daily!

Face Yoga is for everyone! The techniques that Queenie taught me (especially the breathing techniques) have helped me relax into a deeper, better quality sleep. The exercises are easy to do from anywhere, whether you’re stuck in traffic or at the office. She listens to her students and always provides personalized answers.

I have never tried Face Yoga before but thanks to Queenie for going through the details with me the process was very soothing and comfortable. She’s very attentive to her clients, simply by reviewing their needs and problems before she proceeds with the class. She would end her classes with a nice cool down and would follow up with each person about their condition, feelings and listen to their comments so she could make adjustments for her next class. I personally find her classes enjoyable, relaxing, fun and refreshing. I would strongly recommend people to join her class.

Queenie’s face yoga classes are very relaxing and I look forward to them every week! They are informative and easy to follow. Queenie takes time to explain the poses and will always make sure that you are doing them correctly and effectively. Since I started a few months ago, my face has been more relaxed, jaw is less tense and the eye area is more toned.
