Born in Hong Kong, raised in Canada, and now based in Seattle, USA.  I am a busy mom of 2 who devoted most of my time caring for my family and children.  The stress and lack of sleep from parenthood slowly crept up on my face and health.  That’s when I came across the Face Yoga Method and began my face yoga journey.  Face yoga improved my appearance and overall well-being.  It also made me more aware of my daily habits and lifestyle. Through face yoga I learned that I need to take good care of myself to better take care of others.  Being a certified face yoga teacher allows me to share what I have learned with all of you.
